As the fourth-largest cable operator in the United States, providing advanced services to approximately 5.2 million residential and business customers in 25 states, Charter emerged from bankruptcy in 2009 with a fresh mentality that focuses on delivering high-quality solutions in an efﬁcient and streamlined manner. With the relocation of their headquarters from St. Louis, MO to Stamford, CT, the company needed to design an engaging, internal, brand campaign. We concepted a series of image panels, a motion video loop and a series of internal communications that clearly depict Charter's mission and reinforce the brand's greater impact. Stamford office images and videos were unveiled in collaboration with the official opening of the new headquarters. In Stamford our work has created visibility across the organization, helping to translate brand guidelines into meaningful and functional communications. With the success of the branding campaign, we received an additional internal signage project, which is rolling out at the end of summer 2013.
